Raised in the Cowichan Valley, Caitlin graduated the 2200 hour program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in April 2014. After completing her board exams in September, she became registered with the College of Massage Therapists of B.C.
Caitlin began her career at Tigh-Na-Mara’s Grotto Spa in Parksville. Since then, for the past 5 years, she has been enjoying working alongside a fantastic team of practitioners at Young Health Management. She strongly believes that stress reduction is key in maintaining health and wellness, and therefore incorporates an element of relaxation into every treatment. Her preferred techniques include myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, joint mobilization, and passive/active stretching. Caitlin strives to lead by example with a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Having an extensive background in ballet, she enjoys being active outdoors, dancing, surfing, painting, and much more. She looks forward to working with you to best approach your health care concerns, and to help you to achieve your ideal physical wellness.
